About 1,100 loads hit the shared feed in the last 24 hours

Loads in. Trucks matched. Brokers answered.

Coldloads reads your broker load emails and Telegram truck posts, puts every lane on one live map, matches trucks by deadhead and tells you when each broker actually answers. A dispatch command center for Amazon Relay and freight loads.

Access is by request. Every request is read by a person.

Loads from Gmail, trucks from Telegram, broker replies from your outbox. Parsed, de-duplicated and put on a map. Fewer tabs, faster calls, nothing posted twice.

Loads · Gmail scanner

Broker emails become clean lanes in seconds.

Connect Gmail and Coldloads reads every broker load email. Origin, destination, driver type and equipment come out of the text, get grouped by broker and drop onto a live map seconds after the email arrives.

  • Amazon Relay-style lanes parsed automatically
  • Facility codes color-coded: FC X-FC vendor rail ramp
  • Grouped by broker, pinned on the map

Lane formats are real; the email is a sample.

ALL LOADS · shared feed

Your whole team’s loads in one feed that never forgets.

Every team member’s incoming loads land in one feed, freshest on top, kept for good in Postgres. When the same email hits five inboxes, you see one row, not five.

  • Team-wide feed, newest first
  • Duplicate emails merged into one row
  • Full history since day one, searchable any time

Rows are real lanes from the feed; broker details hidden.

Cap Map · truck capacity

Trucks posted in Telegram, on a map. Once.

Coldloads reads the capacity posted in your Telegram dispatch groups, like “Joliet IL solo” or “2 team Dallas”, and pins each truck on a map and in a CRM-style table grouped by company. A truck blasted into 25 groups is still one row.

  • City, state and solo/team parsed from plain posts
  • One truck = one row, however many groups it hit
  • Inline notes and a covered (CVRD) flow

Example posts; company names hidden.

Match · trucks to loads

The closest truck finds the load the moment it lands.

Match lines up your available trucks with incoming loads by deadhead (how far the truck runs empty to the pickup) inside the origin radius you set. A new load arrives, the matches update. No refresh, no spreadsheet.

  • Ranked by deadhead miles to the origin
  • Origin radius you control
  • Driver type and lane rarity weighed in, so the top matches surface first
  • Updates instantly on every new load

Lanes come from the real feed; the trucks are examples.

Know when a broker actually answers.

Chime keeps your broker book with ratings, ELITE tier and schedules, and sends your emails one by one or as a drip on autopilot. Then it reads the replies and shows each broker’s real pattern: which days, which hours, how fast, and the best time to write.

See which brokers are ON DUTY right now, their load history, how often they email and the lanes they post. Send capacity updates from your own Gmail with templates, scheduled drips and bulk sending built in.

    What is Coldloads?

A dispatch command center for US truck dispatchers working Amazon Relay and freight loads. Loads from your Gmail, trucks from your Telegram groups, matching, broker outreach and team payroll live in one workspace at ai.coldloads.com.

Where do the loads come from?

From broker load emails in the Gmail you connect. Coldloads pulls out origin, destination, driver type and equipment, groups loads by broker and puts them on a live map seconds after the email arrives. The FETCHER browser extension adds lane analytics on the Amazon Relay load board.

Does my team see the same loads?

Yes. The ALL LOADS feed collects every team member’s incoming loads into one feed, newest on top, kept in Postgres. The same email in several inboxes shows up as one row.

How does it know where my trucks are?

The Cap Map reads capacity posted in your Telegram dispatch groups, posts like “Joliet IL solo” or “2 team Dallas”, and parses city, state and solo or team. One truck is one row even when it was posted to 25 groups. Add notes inline and mark trucks covered.

    How does matching work?

Match pairs available trucks with loads by deadhead distance to the load’s origin, inside the radius you set, and updates the moment a new load arrives.

What does Chime learn from broker replies?

For each broker: the days and hours they actually work (for example “Wed–Sat 10:45–18:30 ET”), their median reply time, their reply rate and the best time to email, all read off their real replies. An “Active now” feed shows who just answered.

    Is there a mobile app?

Coldloads installs as a PWA on any phone and has an Android app. Both dark and light themes are built in.

    How much does it cost?

It depends on your setup: how many dispatchers and trucks, and which tools you need. Send the form below and we’ll reply with details for your desk.

    How do I get access?

Access is by request: send the form below and we’ll get back to you. If your team already uses Coldloads, sign in here.
